; Barcode integration;
Eventually, barcode-stamped blanking plates will be incorporated in the racked environment to indicate the
contained systems within the surrounding (intended to follow a uniform orientation of being per-enclosure
at the bottom or top) device housings.
What should these barcodes contain, and when should they be scanned?
The plan is for the barcodes to be a sequence of strings corresponding to the devices they represent;
The barcodes are projected to only be scanned whenever a dedicated console prompt page is open,
so that the information is injected into a java program and the program is able to spit out affirmations
of what the barcode contains, i.e. a page with respective images of the pieces organized, perhaps in
an accurate arrangement (depending on if there have been any edits since the program was authored).

; Prepared skeletal MIDI bases for sonic fleshing;
The workflow of constructing and utilizing template sequence disks for the purpose of springboard demoing.
Via the process of tuning sampled audio figures to these paces with undeviating (or deviating according to
differing genre demands) structures of MIDI information, it is hoped that an improvement to productivity and
creative satisfaction will be observed.

; Multi-Function Displays;
Becoming acquainted with a colleague who formerly worked in aerospace cockpit lighting, some conventions
and staples of the industry have entered my consideration - "Spider box"es for snaking night vision spectrum LEDs
to advantageous positions for equipment operators, multi-function displays for consolidating a swathe of parameters
and indicators into a like-place, etc. There's sure to be ammendments to this list of applicable things/devices/
approaches to layout borne from future conversations and cooperations with Ben, but for now the MFD is the chief
import. As I'd explained to him, a bucket list goal of mine is to develop a dedicated hardware DAW for private purposes
out of an accumulated frustration with the evolution of recording systems away from unipurpose appliances and into
myriadly compromised PC-based software suites. I contend this despite my acknowledgement that such modern systems are
cheaper and to an extent more flexible than precursive methods. Individualistically, dogmatically (however you
interpret my rationales) I've disengaged from using the standard contemporary means to create - I've substituted
caveats for duties and centralization for interfaceability.
