Twisted Manifold is essentially a spiritual successor to Withered Fabrication, in that it features the same lineup, and employs very much the same dynamic of arbitrative hierarchy. After an argument in April 2024, Withered (sic) defuncted and from it, Trey hung in the balance briefly. I was distant from Trey for a month or two, while Jerel and I, who had much to commiserate over, explored more austere sonics with Cremated, an industrial death metal project which came into being in June 2024. And alongside it, I was active in Tachycardia from September through October of 2024, at which another interpersonal chasm appeared in what regrettably is attributable to me pulling a prank on Grant, Tachycardia's drummer. Regardless, in time Trey and I reestablished contact and I agreed to participate in Twisted Manifold, if begrudgingly. Only this time I'm to fulfill the bass duties, something I'm eager to do in a live setting. Since December 2024, there has been material for me to learn, and no doubt a consequence of my laziness as well as my studio's fracturedness lasting from February 2025 to September where I didn't play guitar or bass during that entire stretch of time, I haven't learned any of the songs. This is sure to change soon, as I am now in a state of near full restoration in January 2026.
