Goal:
The site is a blob - centralized decentralized structures which all approach usefulness but each
fall short in some way. The 'Edit the site;' pane intends to permit the easy and system-democratic
alteration/addition to the ecosystem's pages, with resources for specific alteration like page
cosmetics, functionality and more.

Reality:
Launching an executable like Notepad from webpages is verbotten these days, and the ability to
disappeared on my legacy system.
